As we grow, we're seeking a results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our team and help expand our B2B network.
The Business Development Specialist will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our agency by identifying and securing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with dental practices, and actively participating in government and institutional procurement processes. This includes researching Requests for Proposals (RFPs), preparing bid responses, and managing submissions.
• Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and proposal-writing abilities.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
• Proficient in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
• Familiarity with online procurement portals and RFP submission processes.
• Ability to adapt to US business hours (PST preferred).
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
• 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or client-facing roles, preferably in staffing, recruitment, or the healthcare industry.
• Prior experience in preparing and submitting RFPs or participating in bid processes is a strong advantage.
• Strong understanding of the US dental or healthcare industry is a plus.
